The coronavirus (Covid19) has turned our lives upside down. We are suddenly slowed down. The situation generates anxiety. This period of historical confinement inspired me to challenge myself in the kitchen to keep myself active and stimulated.
What an untypical situation! Some are more vulnerable because of their age or condition. Others work in health or emergency services and are exposed to risks. Without forgetting the workers and entrepreneurs who deal with important financial issues. Whatever the reason, the pandemic is causing some stress. If you’re like me and want to keep them entertained away from their video games, here are 5 challenges you can take up to have fun and learn in the kitchen. They can be adapted to toddlers and adults can participate!
