What a delight! You’ll love this pistachio and coconut gluten-free granola! You may eat it as is or use as a topping on a yogurt. It’s like a granola! But Gluten-Free!
Lemon Syrup
Love this product: Monsieur Cocktail’s lemon syrup. People usually use it in drinks, but I’m all about food!

Mix the pistachios, coconut and lemon syrup in a bowl. Make sure the nuts are coated. |

Place on a baking sheet, spread out and use the broil option of your oven to golden the mixture. |

Broil for 5 minutes. Make sure you toss it around after 2 minutes. The pistachios and the coconut should be golden and crispy. |

Let the mixture cool down on the counter. Serve as a topping on yogurt or eat it as a snack! |
