This comforting apple cider is super easy to make! My kids love this hot drink. You can do it as you please: more or less sweet. Here is my healthy version.
This recipe is a great opportunity to discover the star anise, this beautiful spice that few of us are used to consuming! It can also be used to season a good Chinese fondue broth.
Did you know that?
The star anise is also called Chinese star anise. It’s the fruit of the badian tree, a Chinese tree!
Keep your apples!
Whenever you eat an apple or cook a pie or a crisp, consider freezing your apple cores. You’ll use them in this cider recipe! No waste!
