Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1/2 cup (1/2 cup = 70 g) frozen raspberries or fresh
2 tbsp (2 tbsp = 30 ml) olive oil extra virgin cold pressed
2 tbsp (2 tbsp = 30 ml) maple syrup
1 tbsp (1 tbsp = 15 ml) white wine vinegar

Creamy raspberry dressing

A vibrant, tasty and dairy-free dressing! Makes 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons.

This creamy raspberry dressing is really nice! Without dairy products, it’s fun and wake your taste buds. As a bonus, it is made with real raspberries: all the happiness of homemade.

Raspberry

Raspberry is a very interesting small, tangy fruit. Tasty, it is nevertheless very low in sugar in comparison with many other fruits. This dressing is therefore low in calories, tasty and high in vitamins.

Steps

Done

Thaw raspberries in the microwave for 30 seconds. Leave to cool.
Fresh raspberries can also be used, but they will make less juice.

Place thawed raspberries and maple syrup in an electric blender. Blend for 30 seconds to reduce raspberries to a sweet puree.

Done

Add the cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar and whisk by hand to create an emulsion.
Stores in the refrigerator for a few days without any problems.
