3/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/4 cup fresh cilantro snipped
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup spinach Chopped
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper

Nuggets or patties, form them as you wish! This recipe for egg white nuggets/patties is in my top 3 quick, delicious, nutritious and low-calorie dishes. You can make the mixture into nuggets and serve them in bite-sized pieces or make patties to serve in the morning in an English muffin.

These high-protein patties are tasty when they come out of the oven and are crispy, but they can easily be kept in the refrigerator for a few days and reheated if necessary.

Make them into waffles too!

A pure delight and even more magnificent! I use my silicone waffle molds to bake my waffles. Get the moldshere.

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Chop spinach and coriander.

Mix all ingredients together. Form 6 large patties or the number of nuggets of your choice.

Bake at 350 F until crisp and golden brown (about 20 minutes).
