I like to eat it in spread on toasts, pancakes or homemade waffles.

Place dates and water in a cup. Heat for 1 minute in the microwave. |

In a blender, such as the Magic Bullet, puree dates and water. Add almond butter and mix again. |

Store the caramel spread in the refrigerator for a few days. Serve on toasts, oatmeal... or eat it right out of the spoon! |
