These dates stuffed with almond butter and coconut are paradise! Nature at it’s best! What a delight! Vegan stuffed dates. No suggar added! Perfect as a snack or for dessert.

Vegan? Yes, because this recipe does not contain animal products. This makes it a dairy-free anf egg-free recipe. It is also gluten-free.

Take 3 pitted dates. Make an insertion on the long side without cutting the date in half.

Optional... but recommended!

Place the dates on a plate and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to soften.

Put 1/2 a teaspoon of almond butter in each date. Make sure you open the date gently before filling the slot.

Sprinkle with unsweetened shredded coconut.

Garnish with an almond on top. Enjoy.
