These dates stuffed with almond butter and coconut are paradise! Nature at it’s best! What a delight! Vegan stuffed dates. No suggar added! Perfect as a snack or for dessert.

Take 3 pitted dates. Make an insertion on the long side without cutting the date in half. |

Optional... but recommended!Place the dates on a plate and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to soften. |

Put 1/2 a teaspoon of almond butter in each date. Make sure you open the date gently before filling the slot. |

Sprinkle with unsweetened shredded coconut. |

Garnish with an almond on top. Enjoy. |
