1/4 tsp (1/4 tsp = 1.25 ml) artificial rum extract

1/4 tsp (1/4 tsp = 1.25 ml) almond extract

Separate the almond meal in 2 portions of 1/4 cup. |

In a bowl, mix the egg, the yogourt, the water, the almond extract and the artificial rhum extract. Whisk well. |

Add 1/4 cup of almond meal and the maple sugar. Mix again. |

Heat a non sticking pan over as you would do so for pancakes. Spray some vegetable oil. |

Spread the rest of your almond meal in a plate. You will use it to create a crust on your French Toast. |

You may serve it with roasted slices of almonds and powdered sugar. Some like to add maple syrup as well. |
