I love Wafu sauce! It is a little vinegary. It’s so tasty! I use it in Asian salads and the kids love to dip their homemade makis into it. However, I didn’t have any left in the fridge and decided to fix the problem! I didn’t have any sesame oil either, a key ingredient in the usual Wafu sauce. So I tried it with Tahini, the sesame butter that can be bought in the nut butter department at the grocery store. I love it and I always have it at home. I’m delighted with the result! As a bonus, you get a nutritious sauce, filled with good fat! My Wafu Tahini sauce is my new addiction!
