The secret ingredient: Orange Blossom Water
This ingredient is the key! You need it! I purchase it in a store called Adonis. You will find it in different grocery stores that offer international products.

PREPARATIONChop the pistachios with a knife. |

In a mug or a microwave safe small container, mix the white flour, the whole wheat flour and the baking powder. |

Add the milk, the oil, the honey, the orange blossom essence and half the chopped pistachios. Mix well. |

SYRUPIn a small container, mix the water and the honey that will become the sauce. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Mix and put aside. |

BAKINGMake sure you cook the cake in phases in order to verify the dough. All ovens are not the same. You do not want to overcook the cake, The dough should be moist and you should obtain syrup at the bottom of the mug, |
