Gently remove 2 large roman leaves from the heart of Roman. Rinse and dry gently. |

Combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Put aside. |

Peel the red onion. Slice a few very thin slices. |

Place one Roman leaf in the other to form a double layer. |

Cut the nori seaweed leaf into 4. Insert one of the quarter seaweed sheet in the center of the Roman leaves. |

Brush the bottom of the seaweed leaf with half the spicy mayonnaise. |
