My light spinach dip tastes like the real stuff! So fun to reproduce a product you love at home thanks to a key ingredient that I found at the supermarket: dehydrated vegetables:

They are also available in shops that sell dry food in bulk.

A light dip… that tastes like that of the store!

It is delicious and, as a bonus, it contains only 25 calories per tablespoon. More than half that of the regular dip. But the taste is just as good!

Steps

1
Done

Chop the spinach and water chestnuts with a knife very finely.

2
Done

Mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, while dehydrated vegetables soften.
