1/2 cup (1/2 cup = 115 g) vanilla greek yogourt 0% fat
1 1/2 cups (1 1/2 cups = 200 g) strawberries
1 tbsp (1 tbsp = 15 ml) maple syrup

Do you love strawberry shortcakes? So do I! But I also love eating healthy and create alternatives to classic recipes. Here is my light version of the strawberry shortcake, in a jar. This recipe is healthy and high protein. We simply replace the whipped cream by greek yogourt. It’s delicious and very easy to assemble!

Cut 2 parts of the cake in small 2 cm cubes. Click the cake ingredient in the list in order to access the recipe.

Rince the strawberries and slice them.

Place the ingredients in a jar. Place them in layers, Start with yogourt and finish with maple syrup.
