1 tbsp (1 tbsp = 5 g) cocoa powder
2 tbsp (2 tbsp = 30 g) maple flakes Or some other dry sugar. Click on the ingredient to see more info
2 tbsp (2 tbsp = 30 ml) water

Low-calorie peanut-chocolate spread

Spread it or... dig in with a spoon! Makes 4 tablespoons or 1/4 cup.
