Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1/3 cup (1/3 cup = 40 g) spelt flour or flour of your choice
1/4 cup (1/4 cup = 58 g) vanilla greek yogourt 0% fat Riviera brand ''less sugar'' kind or other yogourt
1/4 cup (1/4 cup = 63 ml) water
1/2 tsp (1/2 tsp = 2.5 ml) aluminum free baking powder Click the ingredient to see the information sheet

These spelt pancakes are a delight I cover them with a generous dose of almond butter and a maple syrup. Ready in minutes and with 3 ingredients! Hard to beat, right?

 

Steps

Done

Mix the Greek vanilla yogurt and water with a whisk to obtain a milk.

Add flour and mix well.

Sprinkle the baking powder and whisk to obtain a smooth mixture. Leave to rest for 5 minutes for best results.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Spray it with vegetable oil.

Once the skillet is hot, form 4 pancakes with the mixture.

Cook for about 3 and a half minutes on each side. Do not return several times.

Serve with the toppings of your choice. Almond butter and maple syrup are excellent.
