Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1/3 cup (1/3 cup = 40 g) instant oats
2 tbsp (2 tbsp = 20 g) sunflower seeds
1/2 tbsp (1/2 tbsp = 5 g) hemp seeds
pinches to taste or 1/8 tsp cinnamon
4 (4 = 30 g) dried apricots
1 tbsp (1 tbsp = 10 g) dried cranberries (reduced in sugar)

Muesli vs granola: what’s the difference?

Muesli is not sweet or cooked. No need to add fat either. It is served with the milk of your choice and can be garnished with fresh fruit.

Cut the apricots into small cubes.
