This pear and vanilla sauce is so divine! Did you ever try real vanilla cloves? In certain recipes, they make such a difference! This recipe is one of those!

An incredible texture!

Just like baby puree! This is crazy smooth stuff! Very gentle.

Steps

1
Done

Rince 4 medium sized pears. Cut them into pieces.

2
Done

Place the pear pieces in an microwavesafe silicone mold. You may keep the skin on. Cook 4 minutes in the microwave.
If you do not have a silicone mold, simply place the fruits in a glass bowl with a bit of water.

3
Done

Cut the vanilla clove in two. Take one of the halves and cut it in two. Remove the seeds with the tip of a knife. Put aside.

4
Done

In a mixer, blend the cooked pears, the maple flakes and the vanilla seeds. I personnally love the Nutribullet.

5
Done

Blend for 60 seconds or until you obtain a perfectly smooth sauce.

6
Done

Keep in the refrigerator for a week.
