Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3/4 cup (3/4 cup = 187.5 ml) chick peas
2 tbsp (2 tbsp = 30 ml) powdered peanut butter (PB2) Click on the ingredient to see more info
3 tbsp (3 tbsp = 45 ml) maple flakes
3 tbsp (3 tbsp = 45 ml) almond milk unsweetened
1/2 tsp (1/2 tsp = 5 ml) vanilla extract
Toppings
1 tbsp (1 tbsp = 15 g) mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Are you like me? I could eat cookie dough forever! But we shouldn’t eat raw cookie dough because of uncooked ingredients such as eggs that can be dangerous. Even raw flour shouldn’t be eaten! Great news, this recipe contains no flour nor effs nor dairy. You may is as is in complete safety! Plus, you’ll get a great amount of fibers, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Thie recipe uses some of my all time favourite ingredients: peanut butter powder dans maple flakes. They help get a delicious and decadent taste and a healthy meal.

A nutritious vegan treat!

  • 15 grams of protein
  • 11 % of your daily calcium intake
  • 13 % of your daily iron intake

It’s still a treat in the sense that the recipe does contain sugar. But maple flakes are my thing: they are local for canadians and contain less grams of sugar per portion thant regular sugar.

Steps

Done

Keep the chocolate chips aside (do not blend them with the rest of the ingredients).

In an electric mixer (Magic Bullet or Nutri Bullet for example), blend evertyhing until smooth.

Add the chocolate chips, mix and serve!
