Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 tbsp (4 tbsp = 60 g) sesame butter (Tahini) Click on the ingredient to see more info
3 tbsp (3 tbsp = 45 ml) water
9 tsp (9 tsp = 18 g) maple sugar
OPTIONAL
2 drops artificial maple extract near vanilla essence at the store

Vegan Maple Spread

Makes 1/3 cup or 6 tablespoons (6 x 15 ml).

This Vegan Maple Butter is guilt-free and delicious. I have it many times a week. I spread it on my toats or use it to sweeten my oats. Low calorie and very filling! You must like Tahini to enjoy this spread because you will notice its taste althought it is delicate.

What is Tahini?

Tahini is sesame butter. It is part of the nut butter family if you will! Find out in detail here.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Refrigerate for 2 weeks in an airtight container.
