The famous rosé sauce… hardly everyone loves it! However, this creamy sauce is unable for people who cannot consume dairy products or are vegan. So here’s a dairy-free rosé sauce that’s quick to make that will appeal to all family members.

In an electric blender, reduce canned tomatoes (crushed or diced), basil (dry or fresh) and garlic cloves to a smooth mixture. |

Place the puree in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. |

Add the soy cream. Whisk gently and cook for about 5 minutes. |

If the sauce is not pink enough, add the vegetable milk and whisk again. |

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for a few days or serve on the spot. |
