Although I love yogurt, I have greatly reduced my intake of dairy products over the past ten years. Whether it’s because you can’t eat dairy products, whether you’re a vegan or for the pleasure of varying your diet and discovering flavours and textures, this vegan yogurt is great.
Use it in any smoothie or bowl recipe you’re used to making! Check out morning bowl recipes here.
An excellent nutritional intake
Interestingly, although this recipe is vegan, a single serving of 1/2 cup gives you a lot of calcium and iron. It also contains a lot of good fats thanks to cashew nuts and an interesting intake of protein, although it does not compare to that of Greek yogurt. It’s not a fight anyway, the idea is to have an alternative!
Dairy-free, coconut milk and soy-free yogurt
Vegan yogurts often contain tofu and coconut milk. I have deliberately developed a natural recipe, simple, easy and accessible. Make it the base of your morning bowls, desserts or sauces!

What is agar agar
Agar agar replaces gelatin, which comes from animal fats. Agar agar is a gelling product derived from algae. I buy it in the form of flakes and I incorporate it into my date puree or jams while the substances are still hot. It is important to mix well, to see whipping, and quickly, because the effect occurs very quickly. Find out here.
